Privacy statement

Who we are

Amour Studio, Laan van Middenburg 48, 2275 CD Voorburg, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 42197191, is responsible for processing your personal data as described in this statement.

What data we process

• Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
• Appointment details: date, time and the treatment you choose.
• Information about your skin and health needed to treat you safely, such as allergies, medication, pregnancy or a recent Botox treatment. We only process this sensitive data with your explicit consent.
• Photos of the treated area for your treatment record, to follow your results.
• Messages you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram.
• Payment details, as far as needed for our accounts.

Why we use your data

• To schedule your appointment and carry out your treatment (performance of our agreement).
• To treat you safely and give you proper aftercare (your explicit consent for health data).
• To answer your questions and keep in touch about your appointment.
• To meet legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.

Before and after photos

We only post before and after photos on our website or Instagram if you have given separate permission beforehand. You can withdraw that permission at any time; we will then remove the photo as soon as possible.

Booking online

Online bookings are made through Treatwell. Treatwell also processes your data itself, under Treatwell's own privacy policy. We receive from Treatwell the details needed for your appointment.

This website

Our website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers. It is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Each visit briefly logs technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver and secure the website.

If you click through to Treatwell, WhatsApp or Instagram, their privacy policy applies.

How long we keep data

• Client details and treatment record: up to two years after your last treatment, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Invoices and payment records: seven years, as required by Dutch law.
• Messages: as long as needed to handle your question or appointment.

Sharing with others

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties we need to provide our services, such as Treatwell, our hosting provider and our accountant, or when the law requires it. Parties that process data on our behalf are bound by agreements to protect it.

Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. Only people who need your data for your treatment can see it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also ask us to restrict processing, object to it, have your data transferred, or withdraw your consent. Send your request to info@amourstudio.nl; we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
